Does Zig Zag Scrap provide physical products?
No. We only provide digital products.
How much will shipping cost?
Since we don't send physical shipments and we only provide electronic downloads, there are no shipping costs to your order.
What is digital scrapbooking?
Digital scrapbooking is creating scrapbooking pages with the use of digital products, a computer and computer software such as (but not limited to) Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Gimp or Paintshop Pro.
Can digital products be used to make paper scrapping pages?
Yes they can, but you will have to print them first. Many of our customers use a combination of digital and paper products to make layouts and "hybrid" projects such as cards and gift boxes. Some digital scrapbookers will also print their finished pages and place them in albums or they use an online printing service to publish their pages into a book format.
Can I get a refund or exchange a product?
Generally no. Because our products are digital, we cannot exchange them or refund you since you cannot return a product that has been downloaded.
For how long are my purchases available to download?
Your purchased downloads will expire after 168 hours (7 days) or 7 downloads, whichever comes first.
How is the Final $10 value calculated to obtain the "Free with Purchase" products?
The amount that you actually end up paying with paypal is the final value that will determine if you receive the free product or not. This generally means that any coupons, discounts and reward points that have been applied to your order could reduce your final payment amount to below $10 and the free product will be removed from your order.
Can my downloads be reset so I can download them again?
We don't provide a back-up service. It is your responsibility to back up your downloaded purchases. Resetting orders/downloads is a time consuming process and although we will try to help you as much as possible with resetting your downloads if we can, we will not be able to do so under the following circumstances:
- more than 60 days have passed since you purchased the products
- the product is no longer in the store
- the product was freebie/gift
- the designer that made the product is no longer selling from our store
