Please do not share, resell, redistribute, or pirate these graphics in any way. When you agree to download products you accept to use them for personal use only.

You Can:
1.    Modify, resize, re-colour and otherwise use these files for your own personal use
2.    Submit and profit from layouts to be published in magazines, with proper credit given to Katharyn Brine, or Brine Design.
3.    Post your layouts in an online gallery with proper product credit given to Katharyn Brine or Brine Design.
You Can Not:
4.    Claim my designs as your own or alter the graphics to create derivative work or works and then claim them as your own.
5.    Share or redistribute these graphics in any way, shape or form, at any time. This includes purchased products and products obtained for free from Katharyn Brine or Brine Design.
6.    Use these files for commercial gain without my permission.
7.    Use these designs for any web design without my permission.
8.    Copy these files for reasons other than for back-up purposes.
9.    Use these images to spread hate, violence, discrimination or any other use prohibited by law.
10.    You may not make into an alpha product
11.    Print or have printed any of the original graphics, papers or kit pieces to sell in stores on websites or on ebay.
12.    You cannot buy a kit and print pieces or papers from it and sell those in stores or online shops.
13.    Offer these graphics in your own freebie, quickpages, or giveaways of any kind.
14.     It is strictly forbidden to resell the products to a third party, in any possible form.

Due to the nature of the products offered by Katharyn Brine, no exchange or refund is possible.
Katharyn Brine reserves the right to modify, update and change the TOU for all of her digital scrapbooking products, at any given moment, with or without notice.

Your download indicates your agreement to this licence. Refusal to follow these terms may result in loss of your license to use them. These terms apply to those who obtain my products legally by purchasing them at my shop. If you obtain these files illegally (via copyright infrigement) your licence will be revoked and legal action taken.

You May:
*Use my products if you are operating as a small business (less than 3 employees) or hobbyist with intentions to profit from the use of my designs, as per this conditional agreement;
*Use my products in your digital designs for profit ONLY AFTER altering them yourself into a unique product;
*Use this product to create website graphics for yourself and/or your customers, ONLY flattened and at a resolution of 72 dpi;
*Use this product to create cards/pages for others as gifts or for profit as part of a scrap-for-hire small business (employing 3 people or less).

You May Not:
*Give away these products as freebies in their original format, nor altered by you. No freebies!
*Re-sell my products as a "Commercial Use" products - no exceptions! No Cu4CU;
*Store this product on an online storage site with intent to share with others.
*Share this product with anyone else, nor may you "trade" them with anyone (including friends) if you do not wish to use them again. This licence is non-transferrable. No sharing;
*Use more than 25% of my products in any product set you make yourself.
*Make an element set from a ready-made set of mine. This is in direct competition with my PU products and violates this agreement.
*Intentionally or unintentionally publish or pass my products off as your own original designs.
This is copyright infringment and legal action will be taken.

I do require credit in your terms of use or on your product page.

There will be an additional charge for large companies wishing to use my products in the production of paper scrapbooking manufacture, digital graphics, rubber stamp manufacture, fabric manufacture, sewing/ knitting /crochet pattern manufacture, calendar manufacture and other forms of manufacture and production, These products were created specifically to be used by digital scrapbook designers.
